The Cowtown Computer Congress

Another contest that I have entered my robot in is called Bipedal Race or Dash. The length of the race is usually 3 meters. The robot who runs it in the fastest time wins. The video below is about as fast as I can get Boomer to run. As the robot goes faster the side to side motion will cause Boomer to fall down.

This is one of my favorite videos. It was taken at Robogames 2008. It is a Kung Fu match between two Robots. The guy on the right is David Calkins who runs Robogames. The guy on the left is not as well known but he is in the process of beating David in this rematch from the First Hitec Cup. Where he also beat David’s robot. This is just the first part of the match.
