Good evening. My name is John Ferguson and I am a board member of the Lawrence Technology Association. On May 18 we are holding a Business Showcase event here in Lawrence. We have a web page that we will be updating with additional details: http://www.lawrencetech.org/events/. We thought this would be worthwhile to share with your readers/constituents. The event is free and will offer a networking/information sharing experience to everyone who attends.

You can contact Kerri Johnson at 785.832.2824 if you have additional questions.

Thank you!

I'm really glad I've found this info. Nowadays bloggers publish just about gossips and net and this is actually annoying. A good web site with interesting content, that's what I need. Thanks for keeping this web-site, I will be visiting it. Do you do newsletters? Can't find it.

I'm the DIY track head for penguicon this year and also a founding member of i3Detroit. i3 was last year's "Hack of Honor" this year were coming back and setting up a mini hackersapce in the lounge (soldering irons, sewing machines, oscilloscopes,..) and in suite in the hotel (coder's corner, show and tell, social area,...). We're also going to play host to a number of hacker challenges. It only adds to the hype that Mitch Altman and Jimmy Roger's are invited back this year as our "Guests of Honor". If anyone from CCCKC wants to help out or give a talk email me at diy@penguicon.org. Be Awesome to each other!
